Updates Available: 23 Illinois Administrative Code (Parts 226 & 401)

Recent updates to the 23 Illinois Administrative Code (Parts 226 and 401) are now available online. These updates can be found on the ISBE Special Education webpage, under the "Laws, Regulations, and Guidance" section. They are also available on the Non-Public Special Education Programs webpage, located under the "Rules" tab.
