 Need to Update Your Contact Information?

If you work in a public school and are not receiving emails from ISBE or need to update your contact information with us, please make the updates in ISBE’s Employment Information System (EIS) and Entity Profile System (EPS). Here’s how:

  • ISBE collects the professional emails for all licensed positions in EIS. Contact the administrator in your district responsible for submitting EIS data (Employment/Positions, Salaries, Evaluations). This administrator has access to EIS and can correct your record in EIS by logging into IWAS > System Listing > EIS > Employment/Position.   • ISBE also collects the professional emails certain school and district administrative roles in EPS. Contact your district superintendent or their designated IWAS administrator. This administrator has access to EPS and can correct your record in EPS by logging into IWAS > System Listing > Entity Profile System and submitting changes through the change request system.
