Argonne's Middle School Electric Car Competition is BACK!!  Whether you have competed in the past or never competed, ALL are welcome!

Teams consist of 3-5 middle school students (grades 6-8 only) from the same school or homeschool cohort and a teacher/administrator or school approved parent as a coach.

There is no fee to compete and most of the materials are supplied. Found materials are acceptable and there is a $20 limit on purchased materials.

The competition will take place at Argonne National Laboratory in Lemont, IL (if your team needs transportation assistance for competition day, let us know) and will have a STEM Expo component so students can meet with scientists and engineers and learn about different careers!
